Changing/Canceling an Order
To change or cancel an order please contact a customer service representative using our email, chat, or phone support. Any orders that have been marked for shipment or already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Order Status & Tracking
When your order is processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number within 1 business day. If you did not receive an email please check your spam filter or junk mail box for our confirmation e-mail.

All products that are back ordered will be marked as “out of stock” on the product page. In stock products will continue to ship within 1 business day while out of stock products typically ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process of the order.

- Locate the "Discount" code field
- Enter the discount or coupon code
- Press the "Apply" button
The billing information provided must match what your bank has on file for the card being used. If the billing address does not match, the transaction will be declined.
Vitamin Boat offers fast shipping on every order. All in stock orders will typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3PM EST will typically ship the same day.
We currently do not offer autoship. Orders can be quickly replaced by visiting our website and clicking on the item or combination package you want to order.
Orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS first class priority mail. Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days.
International orders are sent via USPS first class international mail. Estimated transit time is 7-10 business days.
Note: All shipments must clear through customs prior to delivery. We cannot predict any further delays that may occur during this procedure.
All orders are accompanied with a USPS tracking number to help ensure delivery. Orders that are not marked as delivered within a timely a manner will be reshipped accordingly. Packages that are marked as delivered will not be reshipped.
If your package arrives damaged please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will provide you with a return label and reship the new package upon receiving the damaged products at our facility.
If your package arrives with incorrect contents please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will provide you with a return label and promptly reship the correct package.
We are happy to accept returns that are received at our facility within 60 days from the date of delivery. Containers must be unopened and unused. We do not cover the cost of shipping on returns. Once returns are received and processed, a refund will be issued to the card or PayPal account used for purchase. We strive to process returns within 10 business days from receiving the package at our facility. Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days (depending on your bank) for the refund to post to your account.
We accept both unopened and opened bottles. Products must be returned to our facility within 60 days from the date of delivery.

It is highly recommended that you obtain a tracking number from the postal carrier. In the case that your package is lost in transit, we will not be responsible for processing a refund.
Please familiarize with our return policy prior to returning a product. Orders will not be refunded if they do not abide by the return policies in full.
When Will I Recieve My Refund?
We strive to process all returns within 10 business days from the date of receiving the product at our facility. Notification of the refund will be sent to the email used for purchase when the return is processed. Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days (depending on your bank) for the refund to post to your account.
